Jack the butcher doesn't like to go out of his way to help customers infact he makes a face and rolls his eyes if asked for help I frequent the store alot I think he does it so people will be Leary to ask for his if help if he so unhappy maybe he needs to seek a new profession now I actually go out of my way to approach him for help by the way this is Barrington 😃👍

RUDE !! Cashier was very rude. Never said thank you We usually take the ride to Dave's Market where they are very polite. It is not the first time this has happened to us.

AHHHH I used to love this store & made it a tradition to get their sunday bagel deal but saw a MOUSE yesterday by the meats!!!! As others have mentioned prices are also very high…never expected this!!

This location is always exceptionally clean and has a nice variety of choices. The produce is fresh and the seafood counter is well stocked with choices and ready to bake delicious dinners! It's always a perfect last minute stop off to grab a wonderful easy dinner rather than another night of the same old take out.

Worst experience ever online order was completely a joke apparently a substitute for corn tortillas is flour and unsweetened yogurt is 12grams of sugar flavored yogurt...oh and chives is a substitute for mint ...it gets better thighs are a substitute for breast ...... incompetence at is highest level

Chronically missing basic items on any given day of the week… spinach, cauliflower, etc. Prices are considerably higher compared to places like Market Basket, and you almost always have to bag your own groceries at Shaws. Only positives are the cashiers… always friendly. Can only hope a Dave’s or Market Basket opens in the area.
